We frequently run internal audits by certified internal auditors to ensure that our Quality Management System is not only followed but improved upon. By doing this, we know that we are continually seeking new ways to improve our processes and better serve our customers, especially those who are held to the highest of standards.

Glover Precision uses Lean Manufacturing tools to fit the individual needs of each customer. We have certified lean experts that ensure that all kinds of waste are eliminated from our processes, which improves the quality of our production. We also use Six Sigma tools to look at our selves on a continual basis to improve our delivery times and maximize our innovation practices.

Inspection

Glover Precision uses state-of-the-art technology and the best inspection methods to ensure that only perfect parts reach our customers. Our quality control staff is trained in all types of inspection methods to ensure quality codes and standards are met. Our inspection facility is in a climate controlled environment to ensure parts are inspected correctly in the ideal environments. Each customer has various inspection requirements and Glover Precision is up to any task.
