GPI Adds Wire EDM Capabilities
Glover Precision Inc in Phoenix Arizona has recently purchased a Sodick VZ 300L Wire EDM. The state of the art wire will add to the ultra-precision capabilities that Glover Precision specializes in by keeping tight tolerances in complex designs.
“We have specialized in prototype development for complex parts since we first started in 2003 and so a Wire EDM was the next logical choice for us” said Lynn Glover, President of Glover Precision. “Along with our new American-Made Helmel CMM, the Sodick Wire EDM has shown that Glover Precision is serious about high quality precision parts with the latest technologies” stated Mike Glover, Vice President of Business Development. He continued “We are always looking to advance our capacity along with lean practices to produce high quality parts at the best value, so adding the wire to our capabilities just made sense”.
